Walking away from the Faith

I will never understand why people who have experienced the light and clam to be believers want to live in the dark. Being made aware of the damage of the life they are choosing to live. With the comment "Don't you want me to be happy?" Love we have for people is strong, Gods love is strong! He wish none to parish! But the choice is yours! It is better for you to have never seen the light and perish then to have seen the light and turned away. Its hard for me to believe that you right with God when you willingly engage in a life destructive life style after being made aware of the danger. It is selfless to say don't you want me to be happy? God never promised us happiness which depends on outside factors. But He did promise joy and peace which comes from obedience. Why must you focus on the flesh and the world for satisfaction instead of focusing on God the author of peace and joy which comes from the inside. When we look to the world and flesh for happiness all we will find is misery,  despair and ultimately emptiness. Don't be deceived earthly happiness brings loss and soon death. If you know God turn from
your earthly desires and pursue his righteousness. How could of you repented if you keep doing the same thing again and again. Change the way you live your life now before its to late! Stop resisting the Holy Spirit and hardening your heart to a point that you will no longer hear Him and when God turns you over to your own desires. My love for those who live in sin is great! As God does not want anyone to parish nether do I! No I don't want you to be happy if it cost you your soul! If you are saved than live the life that honors God and not the flesh!
